You guys…I cannot get over this twin newborn session with these two baby boys. It was seriously the most precious two hours and I want to do it all over again.
I have known their Mama, Allison, since we were in elementary school. It’s been so fun getting to see her run a successful business and lifestyle blog and now become a Mama. And y’all….she was born to be a twin Mama!
The boys loved to be swaddled and especially loved snuggling up with each other. There is one photo where their little arms are intertwined, and I think it captures the beauty of twins and their bond so beautifully. I was even lucky enough to get a couple smiles!
Prepping for Your Twin Newborn Session
Even though I have four children, I have only ever had to prepare one baby for a newborn session! But hear me when I say this Mama, please do not stress.
Depending on how babies are doing, we will start with photos of them together and them some of them individually. Usually Mom or Dad will feed one baby and then we will switch! After that, we move into family photos.
Truly, the only thing you have to do is show up with your babies and be prepared to feed them – I got the rest covered!
Allison wore a dress from the client wardrobe – one of my favorite gowns from Anthropologie’s BHLDN line. Even though this mama knows fashion, it was a relief for her to not have to worry about clothes for her session.
